If you are looking to return your item, we are happy to either exchange or refund your order (excluding earrings) if returned within 30 days. We’re working on making our packaging 100% sustainable. Currently, almost everything can be recycled, just make sure you remove the magnet from our jewellery boxes. Or, be even more sustainable by re-using your box to store trinkets or as a desk tidy. Please note, due to hygiene reasons, our earrings have to be sent in a small plastic pouch.
