As we continue to navigate these uncertain times together we’re doing what we can to share love and positivity while we’re all at home. The health and wellbeing of our team and community remains our top priority, so we’d like to keep you up to date with how we’re dealing with the ongoing situation

 

We are taking orders

We are shipping

Our small dispatch team are working in shifts and following the recommended health and safety measures. This also means we can practise social distancing while safely packing your orders as quickly as we can. There are also strict cleaning and hygiene procedures in place across our operations.
All our couriers will sign on your behalf so delivery will be contactless. Unfortunately, as we do not have a full team working we cannot offer next day delivery but standard and international delivery options are available. Please note that some deliveries may take slightly longer than usual at this time.

 

 

We have also extended our returns policy. All UK orders can be returned within 45 days of purchase and all international orders can be returned within 60 days of purchase. 

International orders - please be aware that international orders may face severe delays at this time due to our external couriers. Please know that we, and all the couriers we work with, are all working as fast as we can whilst also ensuring everyone is kept safe.
