If you are looking to return your item, we are happy to either exchange or refund your order (excluding earrings) if returned within 30 days. All of our jewellery also comes with a 2 year warranty, where we are happy to swap items with manufacturing faults free of charge. Full Returns policy can be found here

Each order comes beautifully packaged with a soft drawstring pouch, white box and tissue paper, along with a gift bag. You can also select to have a gift note included at checkout, handwritten by our team in London especially for you.
We’re working on making our packaging 100% sustainable. Currently, almost everything can be recycled, just make sure you remove the magnet from our jewellery boxes. Or, be even more sustainable by re-using your box to store trinkets or as a desk tidy. Please note, due to hygiene reasons, our earrings have to be sent in a small plastic pouch.
